Sea Salt Almond Oil Body Scrub

A simple weekly body polish

Skin does not always need another layer of product. Sometimes, it simply needs gentle smoothing.

A little sea salt. A little almond oil. A minute or two beneath warm water.

That is the idea behind plantsense® Sea Salt Almond Oil Body Scrub.

Simple exfoliation for areas that feel rough, dry or uneven.

What Does a Body Scrub Do?

Dry surface skin can make areas such as the elbows, knees and heels feel rough.

A body scrub helps lift away this dry, uneven layer through gentle physical exfoliation.

The aim is not to scrub the skin aggressively. It is simply to help it feel smoother and more comfortable.

That is enough.

Sea Salt & Almond Oil

Sea salt provides the exfoliating texture.

Sweet almond oil gives the scrub a smooth glide and helps leave the skin feeling soft and conditioned after rinsing.

The salt smooths. The almond oil softens. Two simple ingredients working together.

How to Use

Begin by cleansing with plantsense® Tea Tree & Orange Body Wash. Rinse thoroughly.

While the skin is still wet, take a small amount of Sea Salt Almond Oil Body Scrub.

Massage it gently over the body using slow, circular movements. Concentrate on areas that tend to feel rough: elbows, knees, legs and heels.

Rinse thoroughly and pat the skin dry.

There is no need to scrub hard. Let the salt do the work.

How Often?

Start by using the Body Scrub once a week. If your skin responds comfortably, you may use it up to twice a week.

More is not necessarily better. Over-exfoliating can leave the skin feeling uncomfortable, so allow time between uses.

Use it when the skin needs smoothing. Not simply because it is part of a schedule.

Where Not to Use It

The skin on the face is more delicate than the skin on the body. Keep this scrub for the body.

Avoid broken, irritated or sunburned skin. Do not use it immediately after shaving.

If any area feels sore or sensitive, leave it alone and allow the skin time to recover.

Complete the Ritual

After rinsing away the Body Scrub, follow with plantsense® Almond Shower Oil when you want a more pampering top-up cleanse. Massage it gently over wet skin. Rinse, then step out of the shower.

If particular areas still need additional moisture, apply a small amount of plantsense® Mango Body Butter while the skin is slightly damp.

You do not need every step every time. Choose what your skin needs.

Keep the Jar Dry

Water entering the container can affect the scrub.

Scoop out what you need using clean, dry fingers or a small dry spoon. Close the lid securely after use.

If the salt and oil separate naturally, stir them together gently before applying.

One or Two Minutes

A body scrub does not need to become a long ritual.

A small amount. Gentle movements. A thorough rinse. One or two minutes is enough to help rough areas feel smoother and better cared for.
