West Malaysia
- Flat-rate delivery — RM9
- FREE delivery for orders RM100 and above
Sabah & Sarawak
- Flat-rate delivery — RM15
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Plantsense Studio Ipoh, Perak.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- West Malaysia — approximately 3–7 working days
- Sabah & Sarawak — approximately 5–9 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier schedules, peak periods, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Details
Please ensure that your name, delivery address, postcode and contact number are correct before completing your order.
plantsense® is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Unsuccessful or Returned Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us following an unsuccessful delivery attempt, an additional delivery charge may apply for redelivery.
This also applies to orders that originally qualified for free delivery.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us at crafted@plantsense.my with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and affected item.
We will review the matter and assist you accordingly.
Large or Heavy Orders
For unusually large, heavy or multiple-parcel orders, additional delivery charges may apply.
If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before dispatch.
International Delivery
International delivery is not currently available through our online checkout.
